It depends on where you are. Orders processed within the States will take about 3-5 business days to arrive.
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States for orders placed here.
Unfortunately, shipping is not available to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii at the moment.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Return is only available if you have critical issues with your order. Please email us at help_us@bmsmile.com within 30 days of your delivery. We’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders only) and details on processing a refund.
